Over the 4th of July weekend, we went to visit my mom who at the time lived in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We had a great visit with her and we did some sight seeing as well. We stopped at a place called "Bear Country" and the kids had so much fun!

They also had a little petting zoo there at Bear Country. Caden LOVES animals- so he was in heaven!

While we were visiting, we attending the Idaho Falls 4th of July parade. The kids LOVED running after the candy that was thrown in the parade.
I got this amazing pic with the boys and Grandma Barnes. I am so glad I got this picture while their Grandma is still here on this earth. She has been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer so we don't know how long she has.

On the way to Grandma's house we drove through Yellowstone. This is one of the natural geyser's that we stopped at.Some other summer fun was that we went to "Spray Park" in downtown Sheridan with Aunt Texie and her kids. The park has a water area as well as a playground. The kids LOVED it.

The only downfall to this water area is that the water only stays on for 15 minutes at a time, then it goes off for another 15 minutes. To little boys who want to get wet and have fun- 15 minutes is forever!

Another highlight of our summer was we went to an indoor water park in Billings, MT (Which is about a 2 hours drive) This was a great way for the kids to have fun and the best part- we didn't have to put sunscreen on them.
